Patio Teak Wood Logs.
Start from selection our materials, we make selection our patio teak wood strictly. They’re must be from Legal Plantation Teak. Our company is member of Forestry Plantation Associates under P.T. PERHUTANI, as Only One Legal Company under Government of Republic Indonesia.
Our materials cut from diameter of teak wood 30 and up. By this characteristics, our patio furniture will performed nice light of patio !
Wood patio furniture processing is a long process which starts with the identification of right kind of teakwood and ends with the final great sanded or until polishing of patio furniture.
The very first step of wood furniture processing is to identify the suitable type of teakwood. This has to be done very carefully as misidentification of teak wood may spoil the charm of garden furniture. Knowledge of various types of wood helps in impeccable identification of appropriate wood.
Processing Under Machines.
Cut parts of woods are now processed with specialized machines and equipments. These machines remove the unfinished edges of wood parts.

Uniform products in mass production.
Each season we always doing mass production of patio garden furniture. Generally we produce 60 x 40 ft container per season. 1 item into 1 container, and they must uniform products in color, construction and sizes !
Many difficulties on production have been away from our problems, because our production team become good experienced men this moment, and always learning new production systems for upgrade.
