Prime quality Teak and good workmanship is a combination that should result in patio garden furniture that will outlive most of us.
Naturally, fair wear and tear in normal domestic use is excluded, as does natural wood characteristics such as small cracks appearing in the end grain due to change in temperature and humidity. These may appear and disappear with the changing weather conditions. This will not affect the durability, serviceability or lifespan of your furniture and is completely normal. Accidental damage such as spillages, breakages due to neglect or misuse is also excluded.

Quantum Exim is very confident in the quality of their patio teak products. We warrants that our products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly as follows:
What is covered:
- Warping and splitting or rotting of wood and frame parts
- Rusting, discoloring of metal parts
- Broken tilt mechanism, Broken cords, broken cranks
What is not covered:
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY WIND CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Damage indicative of wind, including broken ribs and bent aluminum poles is not covered. Replacement of warranty items will be determined upon factory discretion.
Quantum Exim warrants the products to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
“Defects” as used in this warranty is defined as – imperfections which impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. Upon receipt of the product the customer must inspect components thoroughly prior to assembly, and any defects which impair the utility of the product should be noted and reported no later than within seven days of receipt. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of teak furniture or to checking (fine cracks that appear on surface of teak wood or ends, once product is exposed to the elements). Checking is completely normal and does not impair the utility of the product. Natural teak wood products can have color and grain variations, and are not considered a “defect” under warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent use, negligence during assembly, unauthorized repairs, damage caused by customer’s own umbrellas, infestation, fire, negligence, hurricanes, tornados, floods, typhoons, cyclones, wind damage and other acts of God. This warranty does not cover normal tarnishing of metal (for eg. brass) used in hinges, mechanisms etc. This warranty does not apply to our patio teak and sling products, or our teak and stainless steel products. Clearance and Final Sale items are provided As Is with no warranty or returns. Customer must provide photographs of the defect to Quantum Exim (at customers expense) so that our company can determine the extent of the defect and its most efficient resolution.
This warranty does not cover shipping damage. This warranty applies to conditions of normal residential use, but does not apply to intentional damage, negligence, excessive wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will not be changed in a way that eliminates your original warranty.

With the quality materials and construction of our products, you should have no problems with our products, but in the unlikely event that your patio teak furniture does not hold up due to our indiscretion, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
We are dedicated to serve you no matter how large or small your request. And of course, custom orders are always welcome, and if so, customers are required to supply full and detailed information as to their specifications, – including color, measurements, material details, finish, locks and hinges requirements etc. All details are to be confirmed by the customer before we start work. Once completed, a digital photograph will be sent for each and every item constructed and for the customer’s final confirmation, and prior to shipment.
